Why do you want "Obama" for President?

Okay, we hear it all the time in the beauty shops, barber shops, doctors office and even your momma's house, everyone it appears has their own reasons why they want "Obama" to be President. Ms.E would like to know why you want "Obama" to be President of the United States of America.

I don't know that I want Obama to be President, there are positions he has taken that concern me as a Black father and as an American citizen.

I do know that I don't want John McCain to be President because of his long track record and poor support of Civil Rights issues. John McCain in my opinion could be worst than Bush when it comes to America's Foreign Policy.

I am very strongly considering voting for Cynthia McKinney and Rosa Clemente on the Green Party ticket. Cynthia McKinney has a track record of standing up against corruption in the U.S. Government. I find her to be uncompromising on important issues.

Will she win, of course not, but if I can help the Greens get 5% of the vote and qualify them for Federal funds, then that in my opinion would be a great thing in bringing an alternative to the two party status quo system we have now.

I agree with Ms. V and Black Talk Radio; however, I have made up my mind to vote for Cynthia McKinney, hoping this would give the Green Party the five percent that it needs. I personally am tired of this two party system, as I believe in having more choices.

Im new here. i want Obama for president because I want to migrate to US. i thought it would be easier for me to go there but it's even harder now.
