Child Custody and rights of both parents

Well, it's amazing how when other professionals give sound expert advice, judges don't give a damn about their opinions. Today, is only the beginning and all the covering up of wrong doing by judge camille banks-payne does not excuse her from following the law by passing judgements fairly. Now that others are looking at this case, she now want to blame her decision strictly on the fact of immunizations and my daughter right to opt out of vaccinating her boys, my daughter even left that decision at the discretion of their father to do so if he chooses, the judge still stripped my daughter of her rights to be a parent. Instead she gave her more visitations, but totally ignored the fact that my daughter was entitled to equal and shared parenting rights. Wow, that is not right and if you do your homework about immunizations, some experts associate vaccinations with autism. Either way, the fact that my daughter clearly do not like the fact of having them immunized, you as a judge should have heard her when she said that if their father wants them to continue to be vaccinated, she will not attempt to stop his decisions. Well, I guess the fact that my daughter should appeal this will be an uphill battle, but we are up to it. I know for a fact that the judge has bias and trying to put her decision mildly today does not relieve her of her responsibility to make things right. Your biases will be proven when an appeal is filed, if not sooner.I have most of the proof I need and not even you can deny what proof I have. Also, I believe that hood winked of an explanation about her not being able to file an appeal and using that as a fear tactic for her to see her kids now simply does not fly. I will make sure everyone knows what an injustice has been done to my daughter and you being the judge had the power to order them vaccinated, yet you chose to pour salt in her wounds. Remember,not all people that reside in low income housing are unfit and should be looked down upon. You had more compassion for that man that had the restraining order on him that killed that woman, than you had for my daughter. What has my daughter ever done to deserve your long arm of injustice? She not arguing about the fathers' right to vaccinate wasn't enough for you. That was your cue to make things fair. Instead you failed another woman, mother, and family again. Now the father and his attorney has monopolyzed the visitations by making sure the children are not with the mother on most holidays and this will only create PARENTAL ALIENATION between the children and their mother. Shame on all of them and this can happen to any mother that is of a low income status, breast feeding, and have reasonal knowledge of vaccinations. The saddest part of it all, is that the judge is a black woman herself and has no compassion for keeping black children with their mother. This is legal kidnapping and it should stop.
