Hey Members,
Guest what? You all are missing the entire Bill because you aren't clicking onto the the Mission Statement above, which contains the National Bill in it's fullness.

We want to hear your stories; however, we want some imput about the Bill. You also need you to reply after reading the Bill on the other page, because if you reply on this page, it isn't being counted.

In other words, we need some imput, and the only way to give real imput is to read the Bill which is in an attachment. We want it to work in every state.

Overview

The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal statute. The purposes of FERPA are twofold: to ensure that parents have access to their children's educational records and to protect the privacy rights of parents and children by limiting access to these records without parental consent. 

FERPA deals with:

• access to educational records
• parental right to inspect and review records
• amendment of records
• destruction of records

FERPA applies to all agencies and institutions that receive federal funds, including elementary and secondary schools, colleges, and universities. The statute is in the United States Code at 20 U. S. C. 1232g and 1232h. The regulations are in the Code of Federal Regulations at 34 C.F.R Part 99.

I too moved from California... And understand the pain. I've lost everything I owned, my "ex" is now dead. Some how, some way we need to remain focused on the corruption and push forward. I love my country and dis-like the corruption too.

Maybe together we can muster up a smile and take baby steps towards a better America free of corruption.
