Dear Victims of Schlumberger,
I would like to let you know that I am just another victim of Schlumberger. I joined the company in October 2005 as a Supply Chain Manager of Grade 13, responsible for the regions of Europe, Middle East, Africa, Russia and Caspian Region.
I have been suffering extremely with this company since I joined the organization in 2005. I had been racially discriminated, victimized, harassed and humiliated by senior managers, employees and the HR.
Due to the severe psychological stress I have developed an illness over my body. I am today dependent on heavy medication and I also have to see regularly my Doctor, Consultant Psychiatrist and my Psychologist for my treatment.
Due to the ongoing act of discrimination by Schlumberger I had to resign in February 2008 on ground of constructive dismissal. I recently took the company to the Employment Tribunal and passed successfully the Pre-hearing. Now, my whole case will be heard to a full Employment Tribunal hearing in November 2008 claiming Constructive Dismissal, Discrimination and Breach of Contract.
Schlumberger has strongly denied in their outcome investigation appeal letter the fact that they discriminated, victimized, harassed or humiliated me in any way and I want to prove the Employment Tribunal in the full hearing that they are wrong!
Schlumberger also deny the fact that they have discriminated against any other employees worldwide hence they say they have 140 different nationalities and over 80.000 employees working for Schlumberger globally. I say this is absolutely not true and that discrimination exist and is strong within Schlumberger worldwide.
Beside the evidence that I have against Schlumberger regarding my case, I would like to gather as much information as possible also with your help and show to the judge what is really going out there within Schlumberger in regards to racial discrimination, victimization, harassment and humiliation against their employees worldwide.
Please, help me with any information you can to strengthen my case even further and to show the Employment Tribunal that there are also others out there who are fighting same as me, against this Oil Giant company, for their own rights against discrimination and victimization acts by Schlumberger.
I will also make sure that my case will reach the Media and Press before end of 2008.
I would highly appreciate your help in this matter and hope that we all, worldwide, will stand together and united against the victimization and discrimination acts by Schlumberger.

Who exactly does the government work for? Is it the citizens or is it the global company with the largest pocket book? I believe the citizens should be the correct guess but, actions of current issues are leading to the favoritism of companies with monetary value.
I am writing asking for your plea for help regarding the delays within the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for charge no. 460-2007-03638, Cassandra Rabius v. Schlumberger Technology Corporation.
On September 29, 2007 I filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, a charge of discrimination and retaliation against oil field services Schlumberger Technology Corporation. While working for this company not only did I suffer from discrimination but also severe sexual harassment and retaliation. However, I am still falling victim of this company by the delay with my investigation within the EEOC. This is a "Human issue" that has been evolving within Schlumberger for several years, which proves it is a culture within this company. When a company as big as this oil giant that has maintained a positive reputation in the community; it is really difficult to get support when the company has done wrong. That is the very issue that I am currently being faced with. Schlumberger being such a huge corporation has gotten away with this and has not had this issue brought to light. Therefore, their profile has maintained positive because no one knows about the truth. Schlumberger's actions are a crime and their economic oil giant status should not exclude them from the consequences of breaking the law. It is my right as a US Citizen to speak up and let the world know when illegal acts are being conducted. I am having many concerns due to this delay. Is this to benefit the charging party or the Respondent, which normally portrays monetary value? It is also a concern that some EEOC employees have relationships with the Schlumberger network, which then becomes biased on the charging party in this instance?
