Juvenile Being Tried as Adult Please help stop the motion to transfer
Our family with the young son being charged with a juvenile crime will be going to court on Friday, November 13, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., in Covington, Virginia (Alleghany County).

This hearing will be to move this case to the adult court and try this young man as an adult sex offender.

Carrie Feldman, a 20-year-old woman from Minneapolis, has been subpoenaed to a federal grand jury in Iowa in what appears to be yet another attempt to harass and intimidate political activists. She faces up to a year in jail if held in contempt for refusing to cooperate with the grand jury.

An FBI forensic analyst mistakenly got some of her own DNA on evidence recovered from the site where Chandra Levy's body was found, attorneys said Friday during a hearing in D.C. Superior Court.

The mishap surfaced as the FBI analyst, since fired, was reviewing pieces of evidence that included the former federal intern's bra, tights, underwear and shoes found in Rock Creek Park near where her body was discovered.
