Colorado Commission Recommends Lighter Sentences for Marijuana Possession
A Colorado commission set up two years ago recommends lighter sentences for drug illegal drug possession while suggesting stiffer sentences for repeat drunk driving offenders. It reduces amounts needed to trigger felony and misdemeanor marijuana charges. This is welcome news to those who contend that our prisons and jails are overflowing with people convicted of crimes of simple possession of marijuana at a burden to taxpayers. – Scotty Reid

- VA - Juvenile Being Tried as Adult
Our family with the young son being charged with a juvenile crime will be going to court on Friday, November 13, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., in Covington, Virginia (Alleghany County). This hearing will be to move this case to the adult court and try this young man as an adult sex offender.
I am personally asking every advocate in this arena to attend this hearing. (Or, be present at the courthouse.)
More than anyone, I believe that sex crimes are very serious offenses, when they are predatory. I do not believe that this was a predatory situation.
As I said before, this is an opportunity for us to advocate before the damage is done.

My name is Gilbert Wainwright and I am offering a permanent solution to help young kids have better lives. Being a child of a problem community myself I just wanted to offer my help.
I will spare the history lession at this time and get strait to case and point. Hundreds of young children are killed or sent to prison every day in Americaand hundreds more are homeless and suffering from malnutrition and poverty. I have asked the question to many people , why? Why do we have some people who are at an under class type level and live a criminal life or on the streets. While others are living well and afford nice homes and comfortable lives?
Today after three and one half a year of seeking answers and making gang and violence problems my priority, I have found the answers that I sought and solutions to resolve the problems. I am not going to just give up because of the dismal picture, it seems like the kids don’t want help and the parents are not trying to help, because they already feel powerless. I know the drill trust me I raised 5 kids myself, plus spent time behind bars and ran those cold hearted streets where the rules of that environment are not the ones that you want to take home to meet your mother, So as I said this is not about me this is about the ideas and principles which possesses the answers to solve a very serious problem in America.
I am going to give you a three point plan idea to start you off with because I have much more depth but I do not want to get too deep today, I just want to and need to get deep enough to get the right people listening, and willing to examine the organization that I have designed to solve this gang and crime problem in America. If you ask me, “ do I think that I can solve the gang and crime problem in America”, who do I think I am?
Let me tell you that, my game plan is of fire it will work, I know it will because I am qualified to bring this up. I am here to help reverse the direction of self destruction where I can as well as when I can. I know that everyone does not want help I am not delusional but I also know that some people do, and it is for those who want it and need it both that I challenge the ignorance to liberate from , gangs , crime , drugs and violence. If we do not take a stand on the foundation which we believe in , where then shall we stand? I was not dropped off at this problem to answer the situations troubles , but I am a part of the situation myself. The restructure of the united coast to coast organization
The united coast to coast organizations goals are to restart a new mind set for young at risk youth.
I will speak to how that is going to be achieved, my name is Mr. Gil Wainwright and I am the founder and c.e.o, of united coast to coast. I have invested nearly four years to this movement. Let me tell you briefly about who I am and a few of my ideas as of to date. I am an author of two books, one is a very emotional book about my views about racial problems, black people in America and their leadership.I speak to the street gangs and the hip hop rappers. I go on to rant about the right wing Christian’s hypocrisy and the need for black people to start caring about each other, the title is a opposite of the books content.
My second book is titled “Knee deep in sin” and it is my life story for a child being taken to the big city of Los Angeles California in 1962. I give the accounts of my life of crime and drugs the gang banging and the jails and prisons. I speak to criminal minds as a man who was helped by the power of what love and acceptance that I found in Jesus Christ. I talk about a sickness that nearly ruined my life and how I came back from it because of my faith.
I created a clothing line item and obtained a provisional patent. The Sag Catcher, it was a group of four suspender straps, approximately 4 inch length, that were adjustable. To extend an additional one to four inches. I designed them to wear for holding up sagging pants while running across the street or jumping and maybe dancing. They were my contribution to the hip hop community sense I noticed so many people who were losing their pants that way and grabbing them up. I obtained a provisional patent for the sag catchers.
Secondly I created an art design that was a way of communicating, unity, love, strength and oneness, and used it to start a clothing and products distribution,that would be a job creation and a social development symbol. I called it the T-rex, and obtain a business license in Los Angeles California and in Las Vegas Nevada as United West Coast Clothing. I made logos of the yen and yang symbol that is an ancient symbol which represents the polarity of all things and ultimately the unity. The positive and the negative and the oneness that exists within the circle. The only way to distinguish the yin from the yang by looking at them from the surface is when we can see the colors in the circle but if not for the colors then the yen and the yang are seen as they actually are that is one. All life has a polarity of the positive and the negative . My logo was a means of drawing that picture to the gangs in my old community of Los Angeles California, so I created
this logo with red and blue and then placed the words around the outer boarders , “ United Coast to Coast and One love. So I went on to have shirts, jeans, jackets,and pants embroidered and silk screened and began to market that clothing.
I wanted to end gang violence and crime so I produced a talent show competition and ran an ad in the LA sentinel to give a 100.00 prize to the best dance act. I had a D.J sponsor the united West Coast kick off, in the old centinela park of Inglewood California. We had music and free water, I gave away free T-Shirts with the T-Rex logo on the front. I invited everyone in the community all neighborhoods were welcome. I remember my friend Mike Mike came by. I spoke to my old friend baby face that would not come. I realized that we are afraid of each other. We are predators and victims. I realize now why unity has not come. Because people do not trust each other and that is fear plain and simple. It is fear by any name. I challenged the tough guys to come together at the park that one day and they were not so tough. Those kinds of people are only tough when they are holding a gun or when they have the upper hand.
The youth who are coming up into the pathways made by their predecessors became my main concern. The unite coast to coast kicked off for me because one day while I was out talking to people, in LA. About the ideas and plans of my movement, I came up on a man from Chicago, in Los Angeles visiting, he said that he was not from the West Coast so immediately at that moment is when I realized how my thinking was too small, and I wanted to inspire anyone I could to support this idea, of unity and love and respect. I realized that that man was just like anybody else but I was so narrow minded that I was cutting him out and placing limitations on the idea that I was standing for.
I wanted his support too so I told him that it was for everybody across the country, I now began to understand that the same problems that exist for youth in Los Angeles California exist in Chicago and Every other state as well. I later even discovered that the black love movement idea also had cut people off, as well intended as the idea is to help my own people, to change from that path down the road to self destruction and ruining the world around,them while they ruin themselves, it was not just a black concern nor just a black problem, so I decided to change my organizations name to the united coast to coast organizations. The same benefits that I am providing for black kids are offered up to everyone, I realized how small minded that a person is when the say for instance , “ the black this or that” I want my organization to transcend where it is coming from so that I can see it go where I want it to be. At the top baby United Coast to Coast.
Supported by Kanye West and Alisha Keys, Snoop Doggy dog and Mack 10. And so many great people who have the power to make a difference in the world even if it is one person at a time. These people do not even know about me or my organization yet but one day they will. I like Ice cube, he would really be a star player in this organization. He has the character the investment capital and business savvy to create a success out of a business such as ours. I am hopeful that my work will not be in vain.
I also have a concept to re educate youth from their early ages and to help the parents in the communities. My martial arts schools and the parenting programs are perfect to do the work of reaching youth before they get hurt or killed. We can change the way kids think by starting them out into the united coast to coast self defense schools.
Our martial arts instructors will train the student basic principles,of respect and honor and personal responsibilities. Honor for family and friends how to treat others and family, so many things. The art of self defense, avoiding drugs and crime, but associations, we can explain the values of education and self discipline. That leads me into the security and protection services of the united coast to coast organizations. Our martial arts schools and the parenting programs will promote the security services.
I believe that we can change the mindset that keeps the young people repeating the same old mistakes of their predecessors, by creating job opportunities and re orienting their thinking in new and positive ways.
I have created the idea of the open windows program, that accepts letters from young men in prison for crimes that they committed and realize their mistakes, we will accept those letters and read them to our youth in hopes that someone may benefit from those kids who already have made mistakes.
We are going to go to the homes of our members and support their families, we will be the play moms and dads, and our goal is to see the children have the opportunity of making better choices. We will provide any assistance the family needs, because the family structure is the life blood of our world. I cannot stress enough the importance of leaving religion out of our purposes. We are not a religious organization. We are also not a government funded organization. We are here to manifest the American dream.
I will share one more accomplishment with you that is an animated screen play that I wrote title, O.G. The screen play has 4 scripted already written. O.G. is an animated script that is designed to bring attention to bad choices and attitudes. It is identifying with thugs mentality and also the same thug of experienced mentality. I created a mentor for young people to look up to and draw some good critical think skills. The script is rated R because it contains some mature language. The script will help young adults to have an example of taking a minute to think for themselves, and make better choice.

Gilbert Wainwright made the commitment to go back to his roots in Los Angeles California in February of 2006, because He was angered at the hypocrisy of his old street gang previously known as the West Side Crips. Gilbert Wainwright was a young boy at the age of 12 when he joined the gang and was a fully fledged member by the age of 14. He was associated with several other youth in his old neighborhood, who were also West Side Crips, and they assimilated into a street gang together within the West Side Crips and creating their own gang title as the Rolling 60s Crips, Gilbert was using angel dust and weed he was drinking rot gut wines and taking pills to get high and inhaling paint thinners through a rag or a sock,He was going out with the boys partying every weekend and party hopping, getting into fights and shoot outs. He was always dressed as a gang member wearing his ear piercing and his rag hanging from his pocket. He was ready to fight all of the
time and even carried an automatic pistol to school sometimes in his tenth grade year, he even used it there. He went to 4 high schools because he was expelled from 3 and then he was sent out of town by his mother in 1976. Gilbert was on his way to the grave yard or life in prison. Gilbert was a robber and a thief; he was a drug dealer and a gambler all at the age of 16. Now upon the execution of Stanley Williams who Gilbert Knew as Big Took not Tukey Gilbert decided to return to his roots to show the young people who are dismayed and marred into a chain of false beliefs and ideas the way out of that ignorance. For me, sais Gilbert Wainwright it is hard because I am not big on patients with disrespect or insincerity but I will put my mind to attempt to help the children, and I have gain the support of a few prominent former gang members to help change the life for our young who need a new template, that teaches them to reach higher than the things they
keep aspiring for and keep getting the same old results that lead down the same old roads of crime gangs drugs and materialistic emptiness. It is time for a change so I give you the united coast to coast.

Prison windows program where we accept letters and read them to our young people to help them avoid making the same choices that the person who writes the letters made.

The restructure of the united coast to coast organization
The united coast to coast organizations goals are to restart a new mind set for young at risk youth.
I will speak to how that is going to be achieved, my name is Mr. Gil Wainwright and I am the founder and c.e.o, of united coast to coast. I have invested nearly four years to this movement. Let me tell you briefly about who I am and a few of my ideas as of to date. I am an author of two books, one is a very emotional book about my views about racial problems, black people in America and their leadership.I speak to the street gangs and the hip hop rappers. I go on to rant about the right wing Christian’s hypocrisy and the need for black people to start caring about each other, the title is a opposite of the books content.
My second book is titled “Knee deep in sin” and it is my life story for a child being taken to the big city of Los Angeles California in 1962. I give the accounts of my life of crime and drugs the gang banging and the jails and prisons. I speak to criminal minds as a man who was helped by the power of what love and acceptance that I found in Jesus Christ. I talk about a sickness that nearly ruined my life and how I came back from it because of my faith.
I created a clothing line item and obtained a provisional patent. The Sag Catcher, it was a group of four suspender straps, approximately 4 inch length, that were adjustable. To extend an additional one to four inches. I designed them to wear for holding up sagging pants while running across the street or jumping and maybe dancing. They were my contribution to the hip hop community sense I noticed so many people who were losing their pants that way and grabbing them up. I obtained a provisional patent for the sag catchers.
Secondly I created an art design that was a way of communicating, unity, love, strength and oneness, and used it to start a clothing and products distribution,that would be a job creation and a social development symbol. I called it the T-rex, and obtain a business license in Los Angeles California and in Las Vegas Nevada as United West Coast Clothing. I made logos of the yen and yang symbol that is an ancient symbol which represents the polarity of all things and ultimately the unity. The positive and the negative and the oneness that exists within the circle. The only way to distinguish the yin from the yang by looking at them from the surface is when we can see the colors in the circle but if not for the colors then the yen and the yang are seen as they actually are that is one. All life has a polarity of the positive and the negative . My logo was a means of drawing that picture to the gangs in my old community of Los Angeles California, so I created
this logo with red and blue and then placed the words around the outer boarders , “ United Coast to Coast and One love. So I went on to have shirts, jeans, jackets,and pants embroidered and silk screened and began to market that clothing.
I wanted to end gang violence and crime so I produced a talent show competition and ran an ad in the LA sentinel to give a 100.00 prize to the best dance act. I had a D.J sponsor the united West Coast kick off, in the old centinela park of Inglewood California. We had music and free water, I gave away free T-Shirts with the T-Rex logo on the front. I invited everyone in the community all neighborhoods were welcome. I remember my friend Mike Mike came by. I spoke to my old friend baby face that would not come. I realized that we are afraid of each other. We are predators and victims. I realize now why unity has not come. Because people do not trust each other and that is fear plain and simple. It is fear by any name. I challenged the tough guys to come together at the park that one day and they were not so tough. Those kinds of people are only tough when they are holding a gun or when they have the upper hand.
The youth who are coming up into the pathways made by their predecessors became my main concern. The unite coast to coast kicked off for me because one day while I was out talking to people, in LA. About the ideas and plans of my movement, I came up on a man from Chicago, in Los Angeles visiting, he said that he was not from the West Coast so immediately at that moment is when I realized how my thinking was too small, and I wanted to inspire anyone I could to support this idea, of unity and love and respect. I realized that that man was just like anybody else but I was so narrow minded that I was cutting him out and placing limitations on the idea that I was standing for.
I wanted his support too so I told him that it was for everybody across the country, I now began to understand that the same problems that exist for youth in Los Angeles California exist in Chicago and Every other state as well. I later even discovered that the black love movement idea also had cut people off, as well intended as the idea is to help my own people, to change from that path down the road to self destruction and ruining the world around,them while they ruin themselves, it was not just a black concern nor just a black problem, so I decided to change my organizations name to the united coast to coast organizations. The same benefits that I am providing for black kids are offered up to everyone, I realized how small minded that a person is when the say for instance , “ the black this or that” I want my organization to transcend where it is coming from so that I can see it go where I want it to be. At the top baby United Coast to Coast.
Supported by Kanye West and Alisha Keys, Snoop Doggy dog and Mack 10. And so many great people who have the power to make a difference in the world even if it is one person at a time. These people do not even know about me or my organization yet but one day they will. I like Ice cube, he would really be a star player in this organization. He has the character the investment capital and business savvy to create a success out of a business such as ours. I am hopeful that my work will not be in vain.
I also have a concept to re educate youth from their early ages and to help the parents in the communities. My martial arts schools and the parenting programs are perfect to do the work of reaching youth before they get hurt or killed. We can change the way kids think by starting them out into the united coast to coast self defense schools.
Our martial arts instructors will train the student basic principles,of respect and honor and personal responsibilities. Honor for family and friends how to treat others and family, so many things. The art of self defense, avoiding drugs and crime, but associations, we can explain the values of education and self discipline. That leads me into the security and protection services of the united coast to coast organizations. Our martial arts schools and the parenting programs will promote the security services.
I believe that we can change the mindset that keeps the young people repeating the same old mistakes of their predecessors, by creating job opportunities and re orienting their thinking in new and positive ways.
I have created the idea of the open windows program, that accepts letters from young men in prison for crimes that they committed and realize their mistakes, we will accept those letters and read them to our youth in hopes that someone may benefit from those kids who already have made mistakes.
We are going to go to the homes of our members and support their families, we will be the play moms and dads, and our goal is to see the children have the opportunity of making better choices. We will provide any assistance the family needs, because the family structure is the life blood of our world. I cannot stress enough the importance of leaving religion out of our purposes. We are not a religious organization. We are also not a government funded organization. We are here to manifest the American dream.
I will share one more accomplishment with you that is an animated screen play that I wrote title, O.G. The screen play has 4 scripted already written. O.G. is an animated script that is designed to bring attention to bad choices and attitudes. It is identifying with thugs mentality and also the same thug of experienced mentality. I created a mentor for young people to look up to and draw some good critical think skills. The script is rated R because it contains some mature language. The script will help young adults to have an example of taking a minute to think for themselves, and make better choice.
The United Coast to Coast organization has many roles to play in the days ahead. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to bring to you this idea of reeducation and job creation, I hope to be hearing from you soon there is plenty of work to do . Thank you! Gilbert Wainwright Founder C.E.O
Gilbert Wainwright made the commitment to go back to his roots in Los Angeles California in February of 2006, because He was angered at the hypocrisy of his old street gang previously known as the West Side Crips. Gilbert Wainwright was a young boy at the age of 12 when he joined the gang and was a fully fledged member by the age of 14. He was associated with several other youth in his old neighborhood, who were also West Side Crips, and they assimilated into a street gang together within the West Side Crips and creating their own gang title as the Rolling 60s Crips, Gilbert was using angel dust and weed he was drinking rot gut wines and taking pills to get high and inhaling paint thinners through a rag or a sock,He was going out with the boys partying every weekend and party hopping, getting into fights and shoot outs. He was always dressed as a gang member wearing his ear piercing and his rag hanging from his pocket. He was ready to fight all of the
time and even carried an automatic pistol to school sometimes in his tenth grade year, he even used it there. He went to 4 high schools because he was expelled from 3 and then he was sent out of town by his mother in 1976. Gilbert was on his way to the grave yard or life in prison. Gilbert was a robber and a thief; he was a drug dealer and a gambler all at the age of 16. Now upon the execution of Stanley Williams who Gilbert Knew as Big Took not Tukey Gilbert decided to return to his roots to show the young people who are dismayed and marred into a chain of false beliefs and ideas the way out of that ignorance. For me, sais Gilbert Wainwright it is hard because I am not big on patients with disrespect or insincerity but I will put my mind to attempt to help the children, and I have gain the support of a few prominent former gang members to help change the life for our young who need a new template, that teaches them to reach higher than the things they
keep aspiring for and keep getting the same old results that lead down the same old roads of crime gangs drugs and materialistic emptiness. It is time for a change so I give you the united coast to coast.
