Was this a waste of taxpayer’s resources? While violent Mexican Drug Cartels were setting up shop in cities and rural communities across the nation, why did the FBI set up surveillance on Leonardo Carson for 5 years and why did they not have anymore evidence to produce than the testimony of two admitted drug dealers with something to gain by testifying against Mr. Carson? Did the FBI offer Mr. Carson a “deal” if he gave false testimony against former Alabama Judge Herman Thomas? Is this stand
Hundreds of private e-mails and documents hacked from a computer server at a British university are causing a stir among global warming skeptics, who say they show that climate scientists conspired to overstate the case for a human influence on climate change.
The e-mails, attributed to prominent American and British climate researchers, include discussions of scientific data and whether it should be released, exchanges about how best to combat the arguments of skeptics, and casual comments — i… Continue

Were where these guys when Bush and the Republicans were passing the "Patriot Act" in the middle of the night and later the "Military Detention Act of 2006"? What about the NSA and the Pentagon's Domestic spying program?
This is par for course with Fox "anything but News" channel. In less than 10 days they are issuing another apology for airing misleading footage. Of course they were not trying to mislead anyone, their long documented history of editing or showing misleading footage is just a product of their nonprofessionalism. Yeah right, they are a right wing propaganda channel and people are just starting to take notice of their trickery after the White House accused them of being the media wing of the Re… Continue
Since heads of States and other high level diplomats can be charged and tried in the ICC is probally the reason the U.S. has thus far refused to join. I can think of a number of former officials that should be on trial for crimes against humanity and war crimes that will never see the inside of a courtroom under the U.S. system which allows them to commit heinous crimes without fear of accountability.

Rupert Murdoch continues to prove that he is a man of unethical character and Fox News is nothing more than a propaganda outlet. After being caught using fake footage of a recent "tea bagger" rally led by crazy woman Michelle Bauchman of Minnisota, this time footage of crowds from the McCain campaign trail were used to overstate crowds attending Sarah Palin's book tour. It is not surprising that Rupert Murdoch would use his cable news network to promote Palin's book published by his publishin… Continue

So I'm sure He felt right at home among right wing Conservatives in America.
Theage.com.au writes:
RACISM and discrimination can come in many forms, according to young Somali Muslim Nawal Ali. She has felt it physically, as people yanked off her hijab in anger and fear, yelling derogatory names. She has also heard it in the condescension of would-be do-gooders, and she has seen it manifested in the depression and anxiety of its victims.
''People often feel isolation a… Continue

While the below article does not reference the original "tea baggers" as cowards, it is a fact that these cowards dressed up as Native Americans so that the British would not go after them. Today's "tea baggers" are cowards in the fact that they hide in mobs. photo by ProgressOhio

The murderous spree that took place at Ft. Hood in Texas that left so many injured or dead has some people asking why there hasn't been more attacks like it. Considering the recent execution of John Muhammad also known as the D.C sniper who was a Muslim but cited no religious or political ideology as the cause for his murderous rampage, his spree and that of Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, show how easy it would be to terrorize America by one man. Imagine if you will a million of these maniacs shooti… Continue

Some debate safety of Tasers in wake of East Grand Rapids death; police say stun guns are valuable tool
Because they can quickly bring an unruly suspect to his knees, Tasers are a valuable tool in many police officers’ arsenals. Sometimes, just the threat of using one can cow someone into submission. But area authorities say when to zap someone with these so-called stun guns hinges on the suspect’s size and th… Continue

In what appears to be case of a set up by questionable FBI informants, one informant "was a wife-beating drug dealer, and the other had a record of lying to the feds". The men went through two mistrials but the FBI anxious to get a conviction finally did in a third trial. This is a travesty of Justice where the FBI under the Bush administration used informants to go into a impoverished neighborhood and entice troubled men with $50,000.00 to join a terrorist group originally funded by the CIA.… Continue

The swim club in Pennsylvania that was accused of discriminating against Black children is filing for bankruptcy. They claim they have been trying to stay out of the red for decades but perhaps if they had opened up their facilities to more people instead of trying to create a enclave of racism, they may have become a viable business. One has to wonder though if this is an attempt to get out of paying damages that may be awarded in the discrimination claim.
