The Valley Swim Club Accused of Racism Filing Bankruptcy

The swim club in Pennsylvania that was accused of discriminating against Black children is filing for bankruptcy. They claim they have been trying to stay out of the red for decades but perhaps if they had opened up their facilities to more people instead of trying to create a enclave of racism, they may have become a viable business.
