The great prophetess, Lauren Hill sings, “It could all be so simple, but you’d rather make it hard…” How do you assess whether you should continue in your relationship or not? What criterion do you use? Is your marriage really just a mirage that you are using to keep up appearances? Has it degenerated to just a business arrangement? Are you and your partner about to come to blows every time you are in each other’s presence? Are you living under the constant barrage of negative speech from your partner? Have we declared a silent war on each other? How much is our selfishness complicating every aspect of our marriages and relationships?
