John McCain wants to help telecoms slow down Internet access to your blogs and websites!

The Telecoms are do not want to keep the Internet free and open but want to wreck it by slowing down the time it takes for a visitor to download content to your browser. By download we do not mean where you are downloading files like you would a song on Itunes, but when someone visits your website or blog, your browser downloads and displays all the different files that are diplayed on your computer screen. If you are visiting a website owned by a big media corporation you would see no problems but if you are an independent blogger or have your own little e-commerce website, you would potentially lose those visitors before the web page even has a chance to fully download. Call John McCain and tell him and his Telecom lobbyist buddies to keep their hands off the Internet!
